KITA HOLMES
A passion for people, a love of the community, and a desire to help make dreams come true, inspired Kita Holmes to pursue real estate. This North Carolina native is no stranger to hard work in the real estate industry and has a twelve year track record to prove it. This ambitious real estate entrepreneur was recognized and awarded "Rookie of the Year” during her first year in real estate. In her second year, Kita’s charisma and determination were rewarded with the title "Sterling Society Member," and gained her recognition for quality customer service. After a successful two years, Kita decided to start a boutique real estate firm and further pursued her real estate broker license.
Currently, Kita is an educator, mentor, and President of 5 Star Property Management, servicing Maryland and District of Columbia. Its management style tailors the need of the real estate investor client for efficient passive income. Over the years, her experiences have allowed her to utilize all of her leadership qualities and management skills to help grow and maintain a winning team.
Kita is an active mother of two college-age children. She enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and giving to charity.
